How To Use Eyelash Curler

Step 1 :
Make sure your eyelashes are free of other makeup such as mascara because eyelash curlers work best on clean eyelashes. You should use makeup remover to clean the old mascara or other makeup.


Step 2:
Heat the curler by using a hair dryer because eyelash curlers work better when they are slightly heat.  With the hair dryer on low heat, blow the heat air on the curler for about 5 seconds. Don’t get the curler too hot. If it is hot, let it cool a little bit.

Step 3:
Open the eyelash curler and position near the roots of lashes. Squeeze curler gently on the lashes and hold it for 10-30 seconds. The longer holding time the more lash curve you will achieve. Repeat several times in outward and upward direction to achieve desired curl. Repeat these steps for the other eye.

Some Don’ts

1.   Never curl eyelash when you apply mascara or some other makeup product. As the mascara dries, the lashes will stick to the curler, you may tear your eyelashes from the roots.

2.   Never try to pull or slide eyelash curlers up the eyelashes, this could pull out the eyelashes at the roots. You don’t want to lose your eyelashes !

3.   Never get the curler too hot when you heat the curler, it will burn your eyelid. Slightly heat is just fine.
